Pudina Rice | Mint Rice

Pudina Rice - Pudina Rice is a spicy and tasty one-pot dish made with fresh mint leaves, basmati rice, onion, small amount of ginger. This pudina rice can be made with basmathi rice or normal rice.

As we add pudina paste in this pudina rice the final recipe is a flavored green-colored mint rice  and tastes very good. It is not only tasty but also healthy. You can add any vegetables of your choice. Here I did not add any vegetables. It tastes great with carrot, capsicum, potato etc.

This pudina rice can be served with raitha. It is perfect lunch box recipe, very healthy rice for kids and easy to Make.

It tastes good with ghee than with oil. So I prefer ghee for this pudina rice.
