Homemade Schezwan Sauce

Schezwan Sauce - Schezwan Sauce is the sauce which we use for Schezwan Fried Rice and Schezwan noodles. These fried rice and noodles recipes can be made with vegetables, egg, chicken too. This sauce adds extra flavour to the rice and noodles.

When I go out I mostly prefer Schezwan fried rice than normal fried rice, as I like spicy food. Not all the times spicy is good for health. But sometimes we love to eat right!

So this time I tried this Schezwan Sauce at home and really loved the flavour and texture. Looks and tastes same as store bought one.

And I made fried rice and noodles also with this Schezwan Sauce.  Loved both of them. And will share all those recipes also with you all.

This sauce can be stored in refrigerator for 2 months.
