Egg Fried Rice

                                   

In this article, I’ll share how to prepare egg fried rice. 

Egg fried rice is the best way to use day old leftover rice. You can add any veggies lying around in your fridge, 2-3 eggs and you’ve got yourself a seriously delicious dish

Ingredients Required
  • Eggs – 3
  • Onion – 1chopped
  • Green chillies – 3 chopped
  • Salt – 1tsp
  • Garam masala – 1tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
  • Boiled rice – 1cup
  • Oil – 2tsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1tsp
  • Turmeric – 1/2tsp
Preparation
  1. Add oil to heated pan
  2. Add cumin seeds, chopped onion and mirchi and fry till onion are translucent
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2min
  4. Add turmeric, salt and fry for 2min
  5. Now add 3 eggs and let fry and scramble them
  6. Add garam masala and mix
  7. Add boiled rice and mix
  8. Finally garnish with coriander leaves
