These powders can be used with idlies and dosas as toppings. Just sprinkle and apply ghee on idly. This is the best way of eating idly. The ingredients we use in these powders are all healthy ingredients like garlic, coriander seeds, cumin seeds etc. So these help in digestion too..


And when we feel cold and cough this is the best powder and we can feel little better after eating this.. It tastes great with hot rice and ghee. So now lets checkout this curry leaves chilli powder recipe. 


It tastes good with dosa too. Just spread dosa on pan and just sprinkle curry leaves powder and enjoy.



Ingredients Required

  • Red chillies - 15 to 20
  • Curry leaves - Handful
  • Garlic - 1 medium size 
  • Cumin seeds - 1tsp
  • Salt - 1 1/2tsp
  • Oil - 2tsp
Preparation

  1. Add oil into heated pan
  2. Add red chillies and saute for 2mins. 
  3. Then add curry leaves and fry till curry leaves turn crisp
  4. Turn off the stove and let it cool for sometime
  5. Then add garlic cloves, cumin seeds, salt into mixi jar along with fried red chillies, curry leaves.
  6. Do not grind in continuous mode, stop inbetween and grind into fine powder.
  7. curry leaves chilli powder (karvepaku karam) is ready to serve.
  8. It can be stored for a month.
