This easy peanut cookies recipe without eggs or peanut butter is going to be your favourite recipe for sure. Since we don’t add eggs, this recipe is completely suitable for vegetarians. The roasted peanuts along with sugar powder give a tempting taste, especially for kids. 

It is very easy to prepare and beginners also can try this recipe easily. As we are making without oven, many of you can try this easy cookies recipe. Just follow simple tips then you can make perfect cookies.

Ingredients Required

  • Peanuts - 1 1/2 cup
  • All purpose flour(maida) - 1/4cup
  • Sugar powder - 2tbsp


1. Fry peanuts in low heat for 8 to 10mins.

2. Remove skin for fried peanuts and keep aside.

3. Apply ghee on a plate which you want to use for baking in cooker. And place a butter paper on it and apply ghee on it and keep it aside.

4. Now add 1cup fried peanuts,1tbsp water into a mixi jar and grind to fine paste.

5. Crush remaining peanuts and keep aside.

6. Transfer grounded paste into a mixing bowl.

7. Add all purpose flour, sugar powder and mix al together.

8. Apply oil for both hands and prepare cookies shape, dust with crushed peanuts on one side of the cookie and place them into greased tray.

9. Preheat a cooker for 5mins in medium heat.

10. Now place the cookies plate into cooker and bake for 25 t0 30mins in between low to medium heat.

11. 30mins later peanut cookies are ready to serve and can be stored for a week or two.
