Buttermilk Rings | Instant Snack Recipe | Evening Snacks


In this article, I’ll share how to prepare easy snack recipe buttermilk rings. This is new snack recipe and very easy to prepare. This snack can be stored for 2 to 3days. Main ingredients are buttermilk and rice flour. As we add rice flour the snack is very crispy.

It can be made in just 20mins. Lets get into the recipe. I am sharing my Youtube video here so it would be easy for you to follow

Ingredients
  • Buttermilk – Half litre
  • Chopped green chillies-4
  • Cumin seeds- 2spoons
  • Coriander leaves chopped – 1tbsp
  • Curry leaves chopped – 1tbsp
  • Rice Flour – Required(based on consistency)
  • Turmeric-1/2 spoon
  • Oil required for deep fry
  • Salt- 1 and 1/2 spoon
Method
  1. Add Buttermilk into a heated pan
  2. Add cumin seeds, turmeric, chopped green chillies, coriander and curry leaves, 1 n 1/2 spoon salt and cook for 5mins
  3. Keep adding rice flour till the consistency you get to make rings shape.
  4. When batter separates from pan off the stove and let it cool for sometime.
  5. U can add rice flour if required more
  6. Now make rings shape and add to hot oil for deep fry in medium heat
  7. `Now snack is ready to serve, can be stored for 2days
