Bread Omelette

                                     

In this article, I’ll share how to prepare bread omelette. There are a countless number of ways to do bread omelette and this is my way of doing it. Bread and eggs for breakfast is comfort food for all of us.

It is easy to play around with your omelette; you can keep it crisp, you can keep it greasy, or you may even keep it soft and runny! It’s so easy to customise your omelette as per your mood, and the toppings.

Ingredients
  • Eggs – 4
  • Bread Slices – 2
  • Chopped onion -1
  • Chopped green chillies-2
  • Salt- 2tsp or based on your taste
  • Cumin seeds -1tsp
  • Pepper powder – 1/2tsp
  • Oil or ghee for spreading round the omelette
Method
  1. Fry bread slices on dosa pan by spreading oil or ghee
  2. Add chopped onion, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder,cumin seeds and mix all together
  3. Now add eggs and mix together
  4. On the dosa pan add egg mixture like omelette and spread ghee or oil around
  5. Now add fried bread slice on the middle of the omelette and let cook for 3 to 4mins in medium heat.
  6. Now turn to other side and cook for 1min and close the omelette round the fried bread slice
  7. So bread omelette is ready to serve
